By accessing and using Imagiboost, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
License and Use Restrictions
Imagiboost grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service for your own e-commerce business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without permission.
User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to images you generate. By using our service, you grant Imagiboost a license to use generated images for improving our AI models and service optimization.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: violate any laws; infringe intellectual property rights; upload inappropriate or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
Credits and Payments
Credits are non-refundable digital assets. Purchased credits expire 2 months after purchase. Subscription payments recur monthly until canceled. Refunds may be available per our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagiboost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
